VERDEX CONSTRUCTION BREAKS GROUND ON NEW HOTEL IN PORT ST. LUCIE
West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction announces the start of construction of a TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hotel in Port St. Lucie, FL. The five-story building at 10460 SW Village Parkway will include 128 guest rooms, totaling 83,000 sq. ft. on 3.6 acres. The developer is PSL Hospitality, LLLP.

The TownePlace Suites property will include amenities such as a pool, spa, an outdoor fire pit and barbeque. Construction costs for the project are estimated at $13.5 million, and the project is scheduled for completion in fall 2019.
TownePlace Suites is an extended-stay brand with more than 300 properties across the United States and Canada.
