Scope: New construction of two 8-story buildings with 264 units and a 4-story parking garage. Amenities include a leasing office, clubhouse, pool, fitness center, yoga room and courtyard. Buildings are connected via a pedestrian bridge. Project includes 3,425 sf of retail space.
